When will you receive your order?
From placing your order, we have a turn around time which will be stated at the top of the website header. As we hand make items to order, this allows for creation and personalisation time. This time frame excludes shipping time so please allow extra for this before ordering. If you require your order before a certain date, please contact us here, before purchasing to see if we can accommodate your request, although we don't guarantee this.
If you haven't received your order?
In the unlikely event you haven't received your order, please contact us here. We always use tracked delivery and will be able to update you promptly of your order. Before contacting us please ensure you've allowed for the turnaround time stated at the top on the website header, have received your email of confirmation of shipping and it has surpassed the expected delivery time.
If you've missed your delivery?
If you miss your delivery and you don't collect your order from the local courier depot, your order will be returned to us. In this case, we will have to charge you again for the postage to dispatch your order again. Due to all items being personalised, we are unable to refund any items so please ensure you contact us to arrange re-delivery.
If you've supplied the incorrect delivery information to us?
Unfortunately, Precious Makes cannot be liable if you've supplied the incorrect details and your order has been shipped to a different address. If you spot that you have supplied the incorrect information, please contact us here, as soon as possible for us to rectify, if your order hasn't already been shipped. With this in mind, please ensure you take care in supplying your name and address, including postcode and destination of country.
Can you add to your order or combine a new order to a previous order?
Due to the creation and personalisation time, unfortunately we can't allow add on's or combinations of existing to new orders. A new order will need to be placed for the added items you wish for.
What if your package arrives damaged or your order is damaged?
If there is damage to the outer package, please take photos before opening the package and then if any items are damaged inside the package and notify us here, within 3 days of receiving your order. Please ensure all packaging is kept until the issue is resolved.
Where do we ship too and shipping costs?
Precious Makes are thrilled to ship world wide! The table shows the breakdown of shipping costs to each destination. If your country isn't available at check out, please contact us here.
Please note we use Royal Mail 2nd class signed for. This protects both parties and we're able to keep up to date with your precious order when it leaves us. We don't offer any alternative shipping.
